Immigration to United Arab Emirates
Businessmen, wealthy foreigners and specialists from all over the world flock to the Emirates, and especially to Dubai. Wealthy foreigners and buyers of local real estate can become a resident of the UAE and apply for a "golden visa" through investment. Although the threshold for entering the program is quite high (from 5 million dirhams or $1,35 million), in return, a foreigner and their family get the right to live, work, study and enjoy all the benefits of the richest and most developed country of the Persian Gulf.
