This project was built in Istanbul's Sariyer district in the Tarabya quarter. Most of the inhabitants of this region are representatives of European countries and CIS countries. A 20-minute walk from the quarter is the Bosphorus Marina, and a 10-minute walk from the Emirgan Grove. Within walking distance from the project there are green areas for walking, relaxing and jogging. The external infrastructure is represented by decent transport accessibility and the subway. Also within walking distance is a hospital and two large shopping centers with a huge number of fashion boutiques and shops of many famous brands, various entertainment and a fast food area. The internal infrastructure of the residential complex is represented by a green area with a playground and several outdoor pools. The residential complex provides a swimming pool with a jacuzzi and a children's pool, a fitness center, a sauna, billiard tables and table tennis tables. The project consists of 255 apartments. Residential apartments are presented in 2 + 1 and 4 + 1 duplex layouts, which include two levels, spacious balconies, large windows and modern finishes.
