description
The first owners of this magnificent property were the aristocrats of Veffa-Negrini, originating from the town of Asola in the province of Mantua. At the beginning of the XII century, they built their castle as a temporary home, and in order to give hospitality and protection to their peasants.
The castle did not last long and was destroyed by Lodrisio Visconti in 1339, and a farmhouse called "Castelvecchio" was built later on its ruins. Today, this property is a rustic style estate with a basement, apartments, a portico with stone columns.
Currently, the property is divided into five apartments, as well as large garages, basements and wide arcades with a unique view of the lake.
A large area around the house where you can build a large swimming pool, as well as areas where you can build tennis courts or spacious recreation areas.
The estate is located on a hill with an area of about 17,000 square meters with a breathtaking panorama of the lake, a few minutes by car from the town of Desenzano.
