We offer you top comfort in an environment that fully meets all the needs of a modern guest. There is a spacious living room with an open plan dining room and a modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms - one with its own bathroom, wide corridors on the ground and the first floor, a yard with a covered terrace, barbecue and a table for 8 people.

There are also 2 free parking spaces for our guests.

The rental price includes cleaning, water, electricity, and internet costs.

Towels and bed linen are provided for the guests.

In the immediate vicinity of the villa ther's old fishermen village of Rose, known for its recognisable Mediterranean architecture, restaurants and beaches, as well as the old Austro-Hungarian fortress Fort Rose (now converted into a hotel). In the nearby, there are 2 most attractive beaches of the peninsula, Žanjice and Mirišta with numerous tourist facilities, fish restaurants and the view of the Hotel-island "Mamula Island" and the Croatian coast.

During their stay, our guests have the opportunity to enjoy rich cultural, sports and entertainment events with the participation of local and world-famous artists in Luštica bay, Porto Montenegro, Herceg Novi, Tivat...

There's organized daily boat transport from Rose to Tivat and Herceg Novi, which greatly saves the time due to otherwise busy ground traffic during the season.
