The object is located on the second line from the sea in a quiet ecological zone surrounded by coniferous trees at the entrance to one of the largest coastal cities of Montenegro, the city of Bar. The distance to the nearest beach is 150 meters. The beach is quiet and well-equipped, there are cafes and sun beds with umbrellas. The distance to the city center is 3 minutes by car. The city has excellent infrastructure, including tourism, which is constantly developing. The city is all-season, ideal for year-round living and doing business.

The complex was built 8 years ago and consists of two detached buildings. The quality of construction is extremely high, all the nuances of the mountainous terrain and the sea climate were taken into account during construction.

In order to save space, there are no washing machines directly in these apartments, but they are installed in a shared laundry located on site. The building also has a small attic.

There is a gatehouse next to the main gate, which can be used as a reception. Opposite the laundry room at the bottom of the second building there is another glazed room with a separate entrance and its own bathroom, it can serve as another apartment, office or, for example, a club.
