Where History Meets the Sea: Luxurious
This luxurious period castle is in a very picturesque position in Zoagli, lying on a wonderful promontory directly overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio. The castle has three turrets with terraces offering great views, a 3-hectare park, and two private accesses to the sea. Dating back to 1550, this property was originally a Saracen watchtower. In the first half of the 17th century, following some alterations, it reached its current form in the typical "Alessian" style, in reference to the famous Italian architect Galeazzo Alessi. Currently intended as a splendid venue for events, with a part reserved for hospitality, this villa has three levels, the ground floor, first and second floors, enriched by splendid terraces that have been created on top of what was the ancient watchtower. Several parking spaces for cars find space in the property's big park which, thanks to its large size, is suitable for hosting a swimming pool with a sunbathing area in the most panoramic point.
