We are an old established family, proud of over 30 years experience as Estate Agents and Property consultants. Our brokers are "official" Estate Agents, registered in the register of estate agents held at the Chamber of Commerce of Imperia, after they have passed a hard Examination on every aspect of the property purchase process. LiguriaHomes director, Matteo Scandolera, is also an Official Property Consultant of the Imperia Court.
We are members of FIAIP, the association of Italian Estate Agents with over 50, 000 members, and linked to CEI (European Confederation of Estate Agents), REALTOR (Association of American Estate Agents) and FITA (The equivalent to the English CBI).
