In the majestic Palazzo Rhinoceros, a historic building designed, restored and furnished by Jean Nouvel, seven apartments are available for rent, each with a unique concept of residing and living pervaded by the art. The palace, nestled between the Arch of Janus and the Palatine Hill, stands out on the skyline of Rome and houses along its six floors in addition to prestigious residences also exhibition spaces and an art gallery with a restaurant and terraces that enjoy spectacular views over the capital. At night the Arch of Janus is divinely illuminated thanks to the project of the Oscar winner Vittorio Storaro, commissioned by the Alda Fendi - Experiments Foundation. Each apartment is identified by the word "thought" translated in different languages and by a haiku poem by Raffaele Curi engraved on the doors.
On the third floor with views over the Arch of Janus and the Church of San Giorgio al Velabro, the SHÍL apartment ("thought" in the Gaelic language), of about 65 square meters, has an entrance hall, a living room with an open kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The design, the home automation and the furnishings enhance the historical heritage preserved in the urban redevelopment, with the patinas of the walls revealing the different layers of painting and installations of artistic panels that portray the rooms themselves before the renovation, a trompe-l'oeuil able to capture natural light as a spotlight. The flooring, echoing the splendid original ceramics shown in the artistic panels, exalts an architectural continuum of rare suggestion. The unit, remaining separable and habitable independently, is communicating with the "GEDINK" apartment.

Guests will experience an 'art safari' with the exhibitions and installations of the artists present on every floor of the building invading spaces, stairs and shafts, and will enjoy the incredible panorama on the last two levels pertaining to the art gallery restaurant, Entr'Acte - Le Restau de la Galerie, with spectacular views over Ancient and Baroque Rome. The monthly condo fees include a flat-rate cost for all utilities and for a cleaning service and linen change every two weeks.
