The Romana mansion in the suburbs of Risan is a restored, 4-floor stone house with 3 bedrooms on the first line of the sea.

The mansion is located on 1 sea line in the suburbs of Risan. The house was completely renovated in June 2016. The mansion is a four-story, stone building with amazing views of the bay, Perast and the islands of Mary on the Reef and St. George.

Layout:
- On the ground floor there is a covered porch with a comfortable sofa where you can relax after a swim - it is always cool and comfortable here, as well as a dining area and a bathroom.
- The second floor can be accessed via an internal wooden staircase; there is the main bedroom and bathroom.
- On the third floor (access via an external staircase) there is a kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a bathroom. Old wooden beams and an original stone wall create a special atmosphere of a true Mediterranean mansion.
- On the fourth floor (attic) there is a terrace with a dining area and a barbecue area (24 m2) and beautiful views of the houses and mountains. A jacuzzi can be installed on the terrace. Also at this level is another bedroom with a bathroom.

The floors in the house are made of wood and marble. The walls in some places are made of natural stone. Each floor has good soundproofing. Because the mansion is located on the first line, from each floor there is an amazing view of the sea. The mansion is located near the airports of Tivat (30 minutes) and Dubrovnik (1.5 hours).

Risan and Perast can be reached in a few minutes by car; there are many restaurants and cafes offering fresh seafood, as well as several small grocery stores. The mansion has a high rental potential.
