Jumeirah Golf Estates is an emerging real estate hotspot of Dubai. Now divided into two phases – A & B. Phase A comprises the Fire and Earth Golf courses with a total of 1,050 villas & plots in 13 separate communities. Phase A is 375 hectares. Phase B which consists of Water and Air golf courses is a larger parcel of land – about 744 hectares. Phase B is currently on hold by the master developer - Isthimar.

The delivery of the some of the communities has started and the Experts expect that within a 24 month time-span (as maturation stage reaches) this community will be on the premier places to live in the Dubai.

According to the master-developer, about 75% of the villas are golf course facing and there are no back to back villas in the entire community. The golf courses have been ready for a few years now and host the annual Dubai Championship – one of the richest golf tournaments in the world.

Most of the communities which are not yet delivered are now between 60 – 90% ready and there will be a large number of villas delivered into the market within the next eighteen months.

The accessibility to the community has increased tremendously with the opening of Al Fay Road. Previously JGE could only be accessed through the Green Community DIP roundabout. Now, the community can be accessed within a 10 minute drive from SZR.
