The house is located in a village which is very close to the city of Varna. Many townpeople have moved there precisely because of this proximity but mostly because of the tranquility and high standard of living which nature can offer.
The village itself has good infrastructure and is available year-round. Near the village passes the international road which also provides quick access directly into the center of the city.
From the village there is very quick access except to Varna also to several coastal resorts like Albena, Kranevo and Golden Sands.
