Autonomous gas heating (Wolf condensing boiler). Water and heated towel rails are also heated with gas. Water and sewerage are connected to the city networks. A spoke (8 m) is equipped for watering the lawn and garden. Fresh air access is through the windows. In turn, the hood is mechanical (there are two hoods on the roof).
Security solutions at the facility are provided by an alarm system with motion sensors and video surveillance cameras around the perimeter of the house. There is an Internet connection (LMT) and television.
The house has been well maintained and is in excellent technical condition. The territory is fully equipped, with a large garden area. The garden is created on the principle of a park – the main plants are planted around the perimeter to leave room for a spacious lawn.
Low expenses for the maintenance of property: gas 295 EUR per month (until May 2022 it was 55 EUR per month), electricity 50 EUR per month, water/sewerage 30 EUR, security 15 EUR, Internet 16 EUR per month. Property tax in 2022 – 312 EUR.
