A beautiful hotel is located on the outskirts of the town of Pancevo. The hotel mainly serves business travelers who visit the production facilities and offices of international companies and their suppliers in the district of the city of Pancevo. The hotel is 21 km from Belgrade, and 30 km from Belgrade Airport.

The hotel is popular with families, especially on weekends. The hotel has its own playground and a beautiful garden for guests to relax. The Tamish and Danube Rivers with their beaches, fishing, boating and other outdoor activities are 2.5 km away.

The restaurant has already become a popular place among locals and foreign guests of the hotel. The restaurant's menu consists of a variety of dishes of Serbian and Balkan cuisine. In 2021, a food delivery service was launched, which led to an increase in revenue and popularity. The total number of seats in the restaurant is 80, and in the summer garden - 60. The summer garden is extremely popular from May to October in the warmer months. Wi-Fi is available throughout the restaurant and hotel for guests. There is a private parking for 40 cars.

Total revenue per available room TRevPAR (total revenue per available room) increased by 104.73% between 2020 and 2021. In 2021, the TRevPAR was €56.83, which is a high figure for a hotel that has been operating for only the second year.

From the parking lot for 40 cars, paths lead to the main entrance through the front garden. The reception desk is on the right at the entrance, and the restaurant is on the left. The interior and exterior of the restaurant are made in a rustic style. The restaurant is designed for 80 seats, there is a bar. Modern stainless steel kitchen.

On the other side of the restaurant there is a garden with lush vegetation, fountains, waterfalls and a small bridge. Summer house, gazebo and awnings with dining tables for guests. A summer grill, an old carriage and lanterns add a pleasant atmosphere for our guests. There are places for 60 guests in the garden.

Both the restaurant and the garden are suitable for organizing large events such as weddings, birthdays and other celebrations.

A staircase leads from the reception to the rooms on the second floor. The area of the first floor of the hotel without a garden is 243.78 m2.

SECOND AND THIRD FLOOR

All guest rooms are on the second and third floors. The area of the second floor is 205.44 m2, the third - 173.01 m2. There are 16 rooms of various sizes with a total of 60 beds: 7 triple rooms, 3 suites, 3 double rooms and 3 family rooms.

All rooms have Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a work desk and other modern amenities. All bathrooms are new, modern, with a shower. Underfloor heating in all rooms and air conditioning system.

Some rooms have private balconies.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Pancevo, Voylovitsa district, about 1 km from the city center. (Južnobanatski okrug, Pančevo, Vojlovica). The hotel is 30 minutes by car from Belgrade and 30 minutes from Belgrade Airport.
