The Aedeas Homes Tegea complex is located between the shopping centre of the Catalan city of Villanova i la Geltrú and its coastal area. It is in the Barri del Mar district with good connections and surrounded by housing complexes and services.

Project description
Tegea is a residential complex consisting of 52 apartments and located very close to the sea. The apartments are composed of two or three bedroom and two bathrooms and range from flats on the ground floor with gardens to penthouses with terraces.
The apartments have different layouts. The spaces are large, and its surface area starts from the 65m². The materials are of the best quality, all the flats have armoured access doors, double flow ventilation with heat recovery to maintain constant and filtered clean air and motorised blinds.
Tegea stands out for its energy efficiency, solar thermal panels for the production of hot water are installed on the roof which are supplemented by a natural gas boiler the cost of which is measured by individual energy meters.
In addition, the housing complex includes a community car park with pre-installation for charging stations, storage rooms and a bicycle parking area.
