This residence for sale in the Marche region, in the province of Pesaro, which origins presumably date back to the 16th century, belonged to a noble family and was restructered in the late 1600s. Surrounded by a large park of about four hectares full of rare and ancient botanical species, the property is immersed in a lush Mediterranean vegetation. Later used as a hunting lodge and a holiday residence it retains its ancient beauty: the brick facade shows some elements of the primitive construction, while one of the two towers still has the original battlement and at its base there is a private chapel dedicated to the Madonna del Pianto. The central part of the building houses a double loggia with square columns, arched windows with a terracotta frame and retractable shutters.
