Villa — Sea, Ligurian Coast
Villa of around 500 sqm, built in the late 70s, developed on two levels, on the top of a gentle hill covered by typical Mediterranean greenery. The extremely dominant position allows you to enjoy, from any level of the property, a magnificent landscape ranging from the Bay of Leric,i to the isles, to Portovenere on the south-west side, and to the valley of Sarzana with the Magra river and the Apuan Alps on the eastern slope.
The structure's smooth and clean lines gave the possibility to develop a classic but at the same time modern architectural design, essentially elegant and well-suited to the environmental context in which it's located. The villa was built as two divided housing units, that can be easily brought together as one. At street level, there is a garage with two comfortable parking spots. From the latter, through five steps, you access an antechamber with an elevator serving all floors.
The villa is surrounded by large stone-paved surfaces that allow easy access to all levels as well as full independence from one another and the usage as outside areas. On the last floor, there's a sundeck with breathtaking view, perfect to be used as solarium.
The park occupies an area of around 2.000 sqm and is terraced and planted both with tall trees and ornamental plants that gift it with the typical appearance of an Italian garden. It's possible to create a pool.
The entire building has been the subject of very recent renovation works that allowed the villa to return to its authentic splendor, preserving the original era's building materials.
