The apartment area ranges from 58 to 262m², with the possibility to combine them even in the final stages of construction. Each apartment has a balcony, terrace or separate plot. Ceiling height in apartments is not less than 3m, Villa Churchill - from 3.70 to 3.90m. The spacious halls have a concierge desk and guest reception.
The buildings are equipped with autonomous gas boilers, convectors installed in apartment floors with the possibility to adjust the temperature. The buildings feature quiet, panoramic elevators designed by designers. The closed underground car park is equipped with forced ventilation with CO2 indicators, with a seat for 88 cars. The security of the population is ensured by 24-hour security: video surveillance cameras, intercoms, alarm systems for apartments with an exit to the security company. The project mainly consists of three and four-room apartments with 2-3 bedrooms (75-110m²); it is possible to combine apartments. There is also a small number of one-bedroom apartments up to 65m² (no more than 10%) with one bedroom, which can be used to combine apartments or for example to accommodate children / parents separately.
Spa complex water heating uses solar cells. All the technologies used are in line with the global eco-standards, while the materials used are human and environmentally friendly and are appropriately certified.
