The building consists of three floors.

Basement : three apartments with kitchens, equipped with full appliances, each with a bathroom with granite floors and plumbing premium ";Grohe";. Each apartment has a wardrobe and a separate entrance. Upon request, all three apartments can be individually used as commercial premises. At this level there is also a storage room for equipment on the terrace. Ground floor : two exclusively decorated air-conditioned living rooms with fully equipped and modern kitchens, one bathroom and a large terrace with partial sea view.

The first living room is located in the newly built southern part of the house.

It is connected to the second living room, which is located in the inner, exclusively renovated part of the house, with genuine stone walls. From here, a staircase leads to both the basement and the second floor. Second floor : two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom, equipped with premium Grohe sanitary ware.

The floors in the whole house are covered with premium granite, and the walls and floors in all bathrooms are tiled with the best Italian ceramics.

The house has separate air conditioners in all rooms of the house, a central water heater of 300 liters, imported high-quality Italian ceramic tiles, and the facade is made of the famous white stone from the Croatian island of Brac. Fences and gates are made of wrought iron. All electrical, sewer and plumbing systems at home are brand new.

Particular attention was paid to the quality of thermal insulation and waterproofing. In addition to excellent finishing work, all materials and equipment used were selected only in accordance with the highest quality criteria.
