Investment project of a hotel, spa, medical and recreational center with 56 rooms (Standard, Luxe and Deluxe levels), with a center for energy and human development in Switzerland.

This is a new type of recreation and treatment that will be in great demand in the coming years.

The complex includes eight buildings that house: a restaurant, a museum, a cinema, a spa center, a yoga center, a float center, a training center, a hotel, a meditation center, and a greenhouse.

The complex income projections are based on:

(a) seasonal occupancy of 144 guests 77% of the days of the year; the average cost of living is 100 Swiss francs, the cost of food per person is 25 Swiss francs;

(b) Service charges at the center range from CHF 15 to CHF 90, with an average of CHF 40 per person;

(c) Practices and sessions vary from 1 to 4 times per day and 4 to 20 participants per session.

A complete parametric revenue matrix allows the project team to plan the time spent by guests in the center in the best way for both guests and income.

The project implementation period is 17-19 months.

Investment conditions

• The total investment in the project is 25.2 million francs.
• The minimum investment in the project is CHF 10 million.
• If the investor is not a resident of Switzerland, then the transaction is made according to the following scheme:
• Land, buildings and all property are registered in a joint stock company, the investor receives 100% of the shares of this joint stock company as a pledge.
• After the completion of the construction, the rights to 100% of the Joint Stock Company are transferred to the investor.
• We expect to pay the first dividends at the beginning of the 3rd year of the project based on the results of the 2nd year.
• By investing in our project, you become a 100% shareholder in the company that owns land and real estate.
• All commercial activities of the complex are registered in a separate company, where the investor has 49% of the shares.
