Villa with sea view and private pool in Yalikavak
ABOUT THE HOUSE
Our villa is located in Yalikavak Gokchebele. Its total area is 130 m2. This is a 4+1 duplex. There is an outdoor parking lot in front of the front door. The house has a private pool of 250 m2, as well as a gazebo with sea views.
**Ground floor**
When you enter the house through the main entrance door, opposite you will see a bedroom and a shared toilet/bathroom on the left. Next, you will find yourself in a spacious hall and an American kitchen with Vestel household appliances. There is an exit to the pool from the hall.
**Upper floor**
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a sea view. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. Also on the floor there is a shared toilet/bathroom and a shared passage from the bedrooms. The large balcony and terrace offer full sea views.
