Bargain house in Kostandenez village. The village is located in north-east part of Bulgaria, east part of Danuve valley, between the two shores of Malki Lom river. It is 8 km from Tsar Kaloyan village and 48 km from the town of Ruse.

There are two legends how the village received its name. First says that the emperor Constantine the Greatest, in order to strengthen north border of the Roman Empire, had built numerous fortresses on the river Danube and river Malki Lom. Of of these fortresses is Kaleto.

Kostandenez house is a great opportunity for renovation. The population of the village counts 300 people.

The Bucharest International Airport is 105 km away.

THE HOUSE

THE TOWN OF RUSE
Town of Rouse Ruse (also transliterated as Rousse or Russe) is the fifth largest city in Bulgaria a population of 166 991 (by current address). Ruse is situated in the northeastern part of the country, on the right bank of the Danube, opposite the Romanian city of Giurgiu, 300 km from the capital Sofia and 200 km from the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. It is the most significant Bulgarian river port, serving an important part of the international trade of the country.
Ruse is known for its 19th- and 20th-century Neo-Baroque and Neo-Rococo architecture, which attracts many tourists. The Ruse-Giurgiu Friendship Bridge, the only one in the shared Bulgarian-Romanian section of the Danube, crosses the river here.

RUSENSKI LOM NATURE PARK
Rusenski Lom Nature Park is located approximately 20 km south from Ruse. The park takes his name from Lom river, which is the last right feeder of Danube river. Nature Park Rusenski Lom flora counts 877 species (23% of Bulgaria’s flora), 30 Balkan and 1 Bulgarian endemic species among them. Endemic plants form 3,4% of all plants in the park. 22 species of fish can be found in the river Rusenski Lom. There are 192 species of birds on the territory of the park. 70 are the mammals species founded in the valley, of totally 100 species on the territory of Bulgaria. Amazing panoramas reveal from each height of Rusenski Lom Nature Park. They entangle the endless curves of the river valley, the forest, the wild beauty of the rock pinnacles as well as the old fortresses and settlements. Among the most remarkable is the bird’s eyes view from the height before the village of Cherven. The town of Cherven was situated here in the times of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom (13-14 century), one of the biggest military, administrative and economic centers of the country.
