  • Third installment - 30% of the value of the preliminary contract up to 3 months after the second installment;
  • Fourth installment - 10% of the value of the preliminary contract under Act 15 or upon signing the notary deed.

Maintenance - BGN 0.30 (excluding VAT) per square meter per month:

  • Cleaning and maintenance of the areas around the building;
  • Cleaning and maintenance of the common and public parts of the building;
  • Lighting of the common parts of the building;

  • Maintenance of an elevator and payment of electricity for the common areas and elevator, etc.
