The houses are built of pine imported from Russia. During the construction, the most natural materials were used. The thermal insulation coefficient (R-value) of wood is 1.4 rand per inch. Logs act both as a structure and as a heater. They have a diameter of about 8.5 inches and provide a higher level of insulation than conventional walls with spikes. In addition, pine acts as a "heat battery": it accumulates heat during the day and gives it away at night. There is 15 cm of insulation under the floor, 30 cm above the ceiling.

These houses are good for both permanent residence and investment!!!
