The flooring on the ground floor is parquet. The house has a new roof (one year), the yard of the house was renovated in November last year. The parquet flooring at the top of the house was re-laid last year and the radiators were replaced. The furnace has been in the boiler room for three years.
In 2012, all wooden windows and entrance doors were replaced. In the lower part of the house, new tiles were laid and a new wooden kitchen was made. Thick stone walls keep the house warm and cool in summer. Connections: central heating with fuel oil, electricity and drainage.

The distance to Bohinjska Bystrica is about 2 km: shop, pharmacy, clinic, etc. Nearby is Lake Bohinj, the largest lake in Slovenia and nature for outdoor activities.
