A new residential project for 12 apartments, divided into 2 houses, is being built in the 22nd district. The size of the apartments corresponds to the demand of the population in this area, namely the living area from 48 to 75 m2. The residential blocks on the ground floor have stunning terraces with gardens, all other apartments are designed with spacious open spaces.

There are 12 parking spaces on the site with canopies that protect cars from precipitation.
