ATLANTA BG offers a working four-star apartment hotel complex is located in 50 m from the beach.

Its capacity is 550 beds: 300 basic ones + 250 additional ones, they are in 130 apartments, 181 rooms (three-room - 120 sq.m, large two-room - 100 sq.m, two-room - 80 sq.m, studios - 60 sq.m, double extended rooms - 50 sq.m, double rooms – 30 sq.m).

The area of the hotel is 11,365 sq.m in four buildings;

Three buildings x 7 floors (one ground floor + six residential ones).

One building of 350 sq.m (one ground floor + 1 residential floor) is a summer restaurant.

The built-up area: in total, the four buildings - 2080 sq.m and pools - 388 sq.m. Sports and children's playgrounds, parking lots, etc. are not included.

The land area is 6267 sq.m, 174 sq.m of which is for parking lots and lawns on the sea side.

There are two restaurants - a total of 360 seats, two kitchens, 4 bars, 4 pools, 4 elevators. Spa center - 600 sq.m, reception, lobby, lobby bar, conference hall, office premises, staff accommodation - 50 beds, garages, warehouses and 3800 sq.m evergreen garden.

- There is “an act 16” (a special Bulgarian document permitting the use of the buildings) since 2008;

This is the only place on the Black Sea coast that has not been fully built yet, it is away from the crowded and noisy resorts;

- There are 260 decares (1 decare = 1000 sq.m.) of the beach only for two hotels. This is the only non-overpopulated place on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast;

- The hotel was built in 2006 - 2007. Air-conditioned, it works all year round. The architecture of the hotel represents a combination of Mediterranean architecture with modern interior design. Many exotic colonnades, arches on the facade, and large beautiful terraces with wrought iron railings make it extremely stylish and beautiful.

- All apartments have large terraces, the large apartments have two terraces. The apartments are modernly furnished with MDF furniture, most in wenge and beige color, individually air-conditioned, which makes them for year-round use, equipped with an individual safe, Wi Fi, 32 inch LED TVs, also with the most modern security and fire protection installations, video surveillance, etc. Most apartments consist of: a dining room, a living room with a terrace, a bedroom with a terrace and a kitchenette with a refrigerator. Bathrooms are large, with bathtubs and showers;

- The stairs are made of Italian marble, the railings are made of wrought iron;

- The first two floors of the buildings and part of the facades are clad in precious stone "Kardjaliski gneiss". The sixth floor is clad in boiled oak;

The hotel complex is very comfortable and preferred by families with children and fans of the combination of sea and mountains. It is located where the sea meets a natural park, and gives tranquility, fresh air, a mild Mediterranean climate, sparkling clean sea water, far from the noise and overcrowded resorts.
