The city of Baden, near the Austrian capital Vienna, was completely restored in 2014/2015, special attention was paid to the exact restoration of architecturally valuable elements (plaster,
columns). This building has been completely renovated, with the exception of the foundation walls and parts of the roof frame, this work was completed in early 2015.
The villa has three floors.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with an open fireplace, a winter garden,
which is openly connected to the living room, kitchen, bright dining room with a large window and
a door to the summer terrace, a guest apartment (living room, bedroom, bathroom with toilet), a room that is ideal as a work room and has a separate entrance that can be used to receive business partners, another room, two additional baths and a wardrobe.
Two staircases lead to the upper floor. The second floor consists of a living room with an open fireplace, a master bedroom with an adjacent greenhouse with a beautiful view of the garden, a bathroom and a dressing room, two bedrooms, two baths, a third greenhouse and a guest apartment. it consists of a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet.
