We present houses in a gated complex in the town of Pernik. The location of the complex provides quick access to the city center, schools, kindergartens and hypermarkets. The distance to Sofia is about 30 km.

The price of the houses includes one or two parking spaces in front of the house. There is a possibility to purchase an additional parking space.

Deadlines:
Start of the project - August 2021
Act 14 is expected for the first 4 houses by December 2021;
Act 16 for the first 4 houses - July 2022;
Act 16 for the other houses - 24 months.

Payment plan:
- 30% deposit;
- 20% upon receipt of Act 14;
- 50% upon receipt of Act 16.
