From this authentic villa, built by architect Pavel Bareš in 1940, you have in your palm a wide panorama of Prague with the breathtaking Vltava, Vyšehrad, Prague Castle to modern high-rise buildings in Pankrác. Even though you look down on the whole of Prague, you remain in the silence and greenery of the stylish residential area of Prague's Dobeška. The layout of the villa is divided into 4 floors, where there are currently 3 residential units. The usable area of 240 m2 (+ terraces 35 m2) provides enough space for every large family. It is also possible to place your own representative office on the ground floor of the house.
