During the reconstruction project, special attention was paid to the acoustic qualities of the new premises due to modern design solutions and the use of sound-absorbing materials both on the walls and on the floor. The modern design of the partitions allows you to achieve a high level of sound insulation, both between individual apartments and between the rooms of each apartment. In all living and sleeping areas, as well as in the hallway, oak parquet is laid. All apartments are equipped with armored swing doors of white opaque color, 900x2100 mm in size with perforation protection, a peephole, an internal handle made of satin chrome steel, an external fixed handle made of satin chrome steel. All bathrooms with shower cabins are equipped with Italian plumbing and furniture. The apartment is equipped with a modern autonomous heating/cooling system using highly efficient environmentally friendly heat pumps. Pumps are placed on the roof of the building, and duct air conditioners are installed in the suspended ceilings of apartments.
