Saratov is a major industrial city in Russia, particularly in the oil and gas industry. The city lies on the Volga and is known for its oil refineries and petrochemical plants. The oil warehouse offered for sale has an area of 5112 m².
The base offers the following facilities:
- 5 tanks with a capacity of 50 m³ and 9 tanks with a capacity of 20 m³, traditionally used for light oil products and oils such as M10g2k, M10g2, I20, I40, Igp38, K-19, Xa-30, etc. The facilities are currently rented. The rental prices for the tanks are 60 kopecks per liter, which corresponds to 12,000.00 rubles for 20 cubic meters of capacity and 25,000.00 rubles for 50 cubic meters of capacity.
- 5 boxes with an area of 70 m² (size 5 x 14 m) and a height of 4 m, equipped with goals of 3.5 x 3.5 m, two of which are equipped with shelves. The boxes are offered for 20,000.00 rubles per month and have a 24/7 security service.
- Newly built office building with heating, consisting of 7 rooms of 12 m² each and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The rental cost per room is 8,000 rubles per month.
- A paved concrete area of 30 x 20 m, 2000 m² of vacant land. The monthly cost of these areas is 35,000 rubles.
- A heated room for a warehouse of petroleum products measuring 14 m² costs 8,000 rubles per month.
The operating costs are billed separately according to meters.
Vacant land is available for rent at a price of 60 rubles per square meter.
The total rent for the entire facility is 400,000 rubles per month. It is also possible to rent the individual properties separately.
The current workforce includes a director, a deputy director, an accountant, 4 security guards and 2 workers, all willing to continue working.
