The building is L-shaped with one underground and seven residential floors featuring various types of layout, all with sea, pool or park views.

Golden Sands Resort
Situated in a picturesque and ecologically clean bay on the northern Black Sea coast, Golden Sands resort is only 16-18 km away from Varna. Though the popular resort itself is part of a natural park situated at 277 m above sea level and occupying an area of more than 1320 hectares, the park’s largest area is preserved in its natural condition, with no human intervention. The close proximity to the sea, the mild climate and sea breeze have strongly influenced both the flora and fauna in the park, whereof it completely differs from the other national parks.
Amongst this magnificent forest massif there are many luxurious hotels, a great number of catering establishments, healing mineral sources, sport and entertainment facilities not only beside the beach strip, but also amongst the beautiful greenery. The golden beach starts literally at the foot of the forest and is 3.5 km long at at some places 100 meters wide. It is flat, covered with golden fine sand. The sea bottom gently goes down into the sea; there are no rocks or sudden changes.
Golden Sands is winner of "Blue flag" – a prestigious international award for ecologically clean resort, with the most important microbiological and physical-chemical values of the atmosphere, sea and sand being checked on a monthly basis. Within the complex transportation of tourists is provided for by a few means of transport – bicycle-rickshaws, bikes, mini-trains, and solar taxis driven by solar batteries.
Summer is long and hot and thus sunbathing is possible from May till October. Heat is not felt here because of the sea breeze. The mild and nice weather in early spring and late autumn ideally fit for both spa and sea-therapy, congress and conference events, as well as short-term recreation.

The apartment
The penthouse, which we offer, occupies seventh and eighth floor. Its area of 111 sq.m comprises: entrance hall, large living room with kitchenette, spacious bedroom and a large terrace with a unique panoramic view of the bay and look around standing resorts.
The penthouse is fully furnished, air-conditioned and ready to move-in or rent out. There is an option of separating one more bedroom on the area of the terrace with exit to the kitchen. Thus, the apartment would sleep 7 persons.
