SUPRIMMO is presenting this two-storey 3-bedroom house located in Mogilino village 60 km from Ruse. The village occupies the north central region of Bulgaria and belongs to Dve Mogili municipality, Ruse district. It is distanced at approximately 250 km from the nearest seaside resort and 150 km from the nearest winter resort. The population of the village counts to 400 people.
Bucharest International Airport in Romania is 120 km away.
THE HOUSE
This two-storey rural house consists of 3 bedrooms. Each floor spreads on an area of 50 sq.m and the total built-up area is 100 sq.m. There is a spacious plot of 1200 sq.m land that belongs to this house with one farm building and a summer kitchen.
Distribution of the floors is as follow:
• 1st floor- consists of a cellar, a corridor and a kitchen. Some repair work is required including changing of the floor coverings and the windows, as well as painting of the walls. An outside staircase connects this floor with the second level.
• 2nd floor- consists of 3 bedrooms, a corridor and a bathroom/wc. Again repair work is required including changing of the floor coverings and the windows, as well as painting of the walls.
General condition:
This typical rural house is set at the end of the village in a mountain area. It requires renovation works. This property reveals a great panoramic view to the village and the surrounding hills. The area is suitable for mountain tourism, hunting and fishing.

Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.

THE TOWN OF RUSE
Town of Rouse Ruse (also transliterated as Rousse or Russe) is the fifth largest city in Bulgaria a population of 166 991 (by current address). Ruse is situated in the northeastern part of the country, on the right bank of the Danube, opposite the Romanian city of Giurgiu, 300 km from the capital Sofia and 200 km from the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast.
