Investment project of a hotel, spa, medical and recreational center with 56 rooms (Standard, Luxe and Deluxe levels), with a center for energy and human development in Switzerland.
This is a new type of recreation and treatment that will be in great demand in the coming years.
The complex includes eight buildings that house: a restaurant, a museum, a cinema, a spa center, a yoga center, a float center, a training center, a hotel, a meditation center, and a greenhouse.
The complex income projections are based on:
