The studio is located on the second floor of building No 8 in Sunny Day 5 complex. The Sunny Day 5 apartment complex is located between Sunny Beach resort and the village of Tankovo on the Southern Black Sea Coast in Bulgaria. The complex is situated around 3 miles from Sunny Beach and 1 mile from the village of Tankovo and both places are easily accessible by the number 6 public bus that runs regularly and costs very little.
The complex comprises of 8 apartment buildings containing a total of around 300 privately owned holiday apartments.
Sunny Day 5 has a large swimming pool with kids section as well as a small kids playground and there is a small onsite supermarket.

The studio is furnished with a folding sofa bed, kitchen cupboards, 2 hot plates, sink, coffee table, chest of three drawers, air-conditioned. The bathroom is fully equipped with faience tiles, boiler, sanitary utilities, accessories and lighting. Floors covered with laminated parquet, walls are latex-painted, PVC window frames plus glass-block.
The complex has 24 h live security guards plus video surveillance.

Cleaning of the apartment, checking against any leaks etc., utility bills payment (water, electricity, and cable TV), and annual Property tax payment on behalf of the owners.
