Home Design

The Rendezvous Bay design rules were designed to facilitate architecture that combines nature with the architectural environment. Breathtaking views and tropical breezes highlight the outdoor living spaces, while the prevailing aesthetic is relaxed, organic, timeless spaces.

With a low building density for the luxury of privacy, every home in Rendezvous Bay will be a private hideaway. Design rules that require broken spaces and sensitive building placement will keep family and friends entertained, as well as provide resting and shelter within each property.

A home buyer can use one of Rendezvous Bay's custom designs, create a custom version, or design their own home by working directly with Rendezvous Bay's own blueprints or with a preferred architect. Projects must follow the general direction and architecture of the island as proposed in the Rendezvous Design Control Rules and approved by the Design Review Team. You can work with local or international interior designers of your choice. We can help build your creative team and will work closely with them on your estate.

Community Association Charter

The Rendezvous Bay community will be governed by a set of rules called the Community Association Bylaws and through the Community Association Board of Directors, which will represent the stakeholders in the community. This detailed document includes design principles, structure and administration, design control rules, construction and road use restrictions, general costs, and Homeowners Association information.

Construction

The Rendezvous Bay construction team will be responsible for shipping each home. With budgeting staff, the team will work directly with the client or a designated professional through the design process to create the final home construction plan.

The Rendezvous Bay team will oversee all construction with local contractors on a competitive basis and will provide construction guarantees to the customer. Legal and interior design services can also be provided by Rendezvous Bay staff, or, as with home design, the team can work with designated third-party professionals for these services to deliver a completed and furnished home to each client.
