This great penthouse is located in a turn-of-the-century house in the 10th district of Vienna. It was built during the loft conversion in 1998 and impresses with around 471 m² of living space on 3 floors.
Through the charming entrance area of the house, you can reach the 1st attic floor via the elevator (with a key). When you arrive in the anteroom, you will find the toilet and the cloakroom on the right-hand side. Straight ahead you have the living and dining area with around 103 m² and the kitchen including all appliances at your disposal. On the left you reach 3 rooms (between 11.16 m² - 16.64 m²), closet space, bathroom and toilet. Furthermore, the second entrance would be available here.
On the 2nd attic floor, you can reach 2 rooms (18.71 m² and 25.06 m²) from the gallery on the left, from which you can go out onto the terrace and on the right you can reach the bar or toilet, children´s room and wellness area.
