THE DESTINATION:
Gosau, a charming alpine village located in the Austrian Alps 60 kilometers southeast of Salzburg, is a dynamically growing summer and winter holiday destination, with excellent potential for further development and appreciation of real-estate properties. Although a holiday destination since the times of Emperor Franz-Josef I., who often visited Gosau for summer excursions and hunting, Gosau has preserved the character of an authentic mountain village until today.
