Commercial conditions:

  • Price from $167,600 for a room with full decoration and furniture
  • The room size is either 38.2 or 46 sq.m, including the veranda
  • Guaranteed yield of 6-8% for 12 years after delivery (the first 4 years 6%, the next 4 - 7%, the last 4 - 8%)
  • Delivery in January 2025
  • Installments – 20% down payment, then monthly payments until the end of construction
