Technical characteristics of the apartments

All apartments in Building 1 and 21 apartments in Building 4 in the Belvedere Holiday Club are sold with finishes and furniture.

The remaining apartments in Building 4 and all in Building 5 in the Belvedere Holiday Club are sold in a fully completed form (unfurnished) and ready for furnishing. For an additional fee, furniture packages are offered, which consist of furniture and appliances necessary for living in an apartment or renting it out.
