The distribution inside is a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with toilet and a boiler with a coil connected to a wood stove for the winter, which makes electricity consumption lower. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with an area of 40 square meters under a dome in which the stars look at you. Solid wood is the floor, walls and part of the furniture. Near the houses is one of the two taverns with an area of about 110 square meters, which is closed and can accommodate about 60 people. All the necessary appliances for preparing delicious food have been installed. For summer and hot days there is a swimming pool measuring 10/5 m with a height of 1.70 m.
The other two houses are square on a plot of 9005 square meters - one is one-storey with a built-up area of 82 square meters with living room with kitchenette and two bedrooms, each room has a separate bathroom. The second house is on two floors with a built-up area of 122 square meters. It has on the 1st floor: entrance hall, storage room, large living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with bathroom and toilet. On the 2nd floor: there are 5 bedrooms with bathroom and toilet in each, two of them with three beds. The houses are fully furnished. Near these two houses there is a smaller indoor barbecue and a small inflatable pool for children.
The offer includes a house with a built-up area of 52 m2., an outbuilding with a built-up area of 38 m2. and a plot of land of 7214 m2., which is in regulation.
The built-up areas have satellite TV, wireless internet, sound and karaoke, an oven to the furnished taverns and a barbecue area. The property has a video surveillance system.
