It is located 8 km from the town of Dryanovo, 10 km from the town of Tryavna, 8 km from the village of Bozhentsi, 25 km from EIR "Etara" and 28 km from the old capital Tarnovgrad. The climate is mild in winter and cool in summer.
The village has about 50 houses. They are old, in Revival style, with high verandas, roofs covered with tikli (stone slabs) and stone walls erected by skilled craftsmen. Many of them are over 160 years old. Almost all are habitable. The whole village and nature are a small ecological reserve, an oasis of bygone times, which has preserved the lives of people for centuries.
