  • Storage facilities: ceilings - machine gypsum plaster; walls - machine gypsum plaster; cement screed.
  • Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning: In all the sanitary facilities in the apartment will be built ventilation system, without mounted end elements - fans.
  • Plumbing and Sewerage: The plumbing will be constructed of polypropylene pipes, up to the plug, without sanitary equipment installed.
  • The measurement of the consumed water will be carried out by means of water meters with remote reading.
  • Sewage: For domestic use. The material and structure of the pipes, as well as the measures taken during installation and strengthening, allow to minimize the noise from the leaking water.
  • Drainage installation: A system of funnels, gratings and pipes will be constructed to discharge all rainwater. Funnels will also be installed under the terraces.
  • Lighting and power installation: The power supply to the apartment is mono-phase by the GRT at the respective entrances. The cables are laid vertically in a slot in the structure.
