About Hillside Residence
The Hillside apartments are located above the Marina just 150 m from the sea and right next to the 5 Star Hotel. This area consists of 10 residential blocks, built in a cozy traditional style with 7 to 12 apartments in each block and nothing to block their view over the Marina Village, the golf course and the sea. Two swimming pools are available for the residents of the Hillside apartments. This property may be reserved immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
The Agency’s commission is due to be settled upon signing of the Preliminary Contract.
Additional expenses for notary, state and municipal taxes might reach up to 6% of the sales price.
