All owners are required to pay an annual fee for maintenance and security of the complex of 10 Euro/sq.m icluding apartment common part. The fee is mandatory, payable annually at the beginning of the period and includes the following services:

• organization and operation the facilities in the complex
• maintenance and cleaning of common areas;
• maintenance and cleaning of swimming pool;
• landscaping and maintenance of green areas and common facilities;
• maintenance and repairs of outdoor installations;
• carry out periodic communication with the Client in case events have occurred in their apartment;
• organizing the payment of all apartment costs due to third-party suppliers, such as bills for electricity and water, cable TV, internet, cleaning and basic maintenance of the apartment, cleaning and maintenance of common areas, including repairs and repairs, if requested by the owner;

Reservation of property
The property can be reserved immediately with a deposit of 2000 Euros, payable by credit card or bank transfer. The deposit property will be reserved for a period of 14 days and then need to sign the preliminary contract.
The commission paid to the Agency at the rate of 3% of purchase price is due upon signing the preliminary contract of sale.
