Traditional house in a picturesque neighborhood of Dryanovo.
The property is a stone built house with living area of 120 sq.m. The first floor has two large cellars, which could be converted into a traditional tavern. The highest point here is Balabana - over 620 m. altitude. Dryanovo is situated on the main thoroughfare Ruse - Veliko Tarnovo - Gabrovo – Shipka - Stara Zagora. The train station is the main rail artery linking the northern and southern Bulgaria. The city is located 20 km. from Gabrovo, 24 km. from Veliko Tarnovo, 17 km. from the Renaissance and carving center Tryavna and 30 km. away from Sevlievo and Gorna Oryahovica. Dryanovo municipality covers an area of 272 sq. km. and it is part of Gabrovo.
