These two family houses are located on a plain landscape in Durankulak village, 20 km from Shabla. The town of Shabla, with population of 4 451 people, is situated in the northern part of the Black Sea coast and boosts with a clean and beautiful beech. It is only 24 km away from the Bulgarian-Romanian border and 66 km away from one of Bulgaria’s largest city- Varna. The area is easily accessible by car or bus, as a first-class motorway from Varna to the Bulgarian-Romanian border passes close to it. You could reserve a house immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.
