A holiday village for rural tourism consisting of 5 units is for sale. UPI with a total area of 3194 m2.
The individual square footages are respectively: 659, 664, 625, 622 and 624 m2./, together with the residential buildings built in them, all in the rough construction phase without windows, without plaster, with gutters, without installed installations, without flooring, as follows:
In UPI 1: Two-storey massive residential building with a living area of 55.99 m2. and a built-up area of 112.48 m2.
In UPI 2: Two-storey massive residential building with a living area of 51.99 m2. and a built-up area of 114.87 m2.
In UPI 3: Two-storey massive residential building with a living area of 51.39 m2. and a built-up area of 114.67 m2.
The layout of all three buildings is: first floor: living room with kitchenette, dining area, toilet, closet, corridor and staircase to the second floor /which is also unfinished/; second floor: two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, corridor and loggia. In all three buildings, the entire first floor and the wall from the landing to the second floor, inclusive, are built of stone masonry.
In UPI 4: strip foundations and reinforced concrete pavement have been constructed.
Complete construction of a single-family, two-story residential building of the above type is pending.
In UPI 5: construction and reconstruction of a welded two-story residential building with a built-up area of 55.99 m2. and a built-up area of 112.48 m2., and the construction was also carried out in the rough construction phase, and the distribution repeats the buildings described above.
In the project there is also a reception building approved for construction on one floor with an area of 50.30 m2. It houses a reception, a vestibule, a rest room, a laundry room, an ironing room, a toilet and a storage room. On the face they are also concluded
Final contracts with the joining companies for electricity with Energo-pro and for water with the local V and K. A Bill of Quantities has also been prepared - according to a project for its completion as such.
The complex has all the necessary documentation in all parts that was necessary for its approval under measure 312 by the Agricultural Fund.
The project was not implemented due to the expiration of the measure, the delay on the part of the Fund to sign the contract and the onset of the global financial crisis. At the moment, there are certain details and elements - mainly wooden ones exposed to direct external impact, which are compromised to varying degrees and subject to replacement /they are in no way related to the construction of the buildings/.
