The house is brick, built in 2009, on the north-western side it is additionally lined with natural stone. On all windows exterior blinds, all natural oak doors. Heating: ground floor el. underfloor heating plus a functional wood-burning fireplace plus a new powerful (inverter) air conditioner. The staircase is heated (warm wall), on the second floor there is heating from air conditioners. On the site there is a garage, at the entrance to the house there is a recreation area made of natural wood, there is also a barbecue area. The site has its own well and jacuzzi.
