Technical equipment: kitchen equipped with refrigerators, electric stoves, deep-fat fryer and the latest version of Rational steam oven, dishwasher with dishwasher equipment, food storage, equipped laundry, drying and ironing room, boiler room: 2 automatic boilers for coal or pillet-with power up to 116 kW / h each, 1 ordinary boiler of solid fuel - 80-100 kW / h. 4 boilers 500 l each, pressurized water tanks for emergency use,

The restaurant has its own street entrance next to the main hotel entrance. Waiters can easily get out to the yard from the kitchen when the tables are outside during summer. Also the glass doors of the pool may be opened outside to the courtyard, which makes possible the sunbathing outdoors for the hotel guests.

In order to save electricity solar panels can be used in summer to heat water. In winter, water is heated by the boilers. Also there is a possibility of heating water from electricity.

The hotel rooms were repaired. Fireproof carpet made of polyamide both in the rooms and in the corridor. PVC flooring in the corridor (waterproof), wireless Internet is available on all the floors, there are 2 routers per floor.

Moreover, there is a ski storage, a bar with a warehouse, with an individual toilet and a separate door for taking goods from the street, the manager's office.


On the 1-3 floors the rooms are located. Attic – staff office space.

The elevator serves 5 floors (restaurant, lobby bar and lounge, 1,2,3 floors with hotel rooms)
